It's important to understand that Gaia is currently transitioning towards a Unified field of consciousness through a significant shift in its energetic vibration. As part of this transition she is being divinely invited to shift from an old egoic structure of pain, polarized and suffering-based consciousness (3D/4D) into a new Unified state of consciousness (5D/7D), often referred to as a New Earth.
